Having different roles, tools, and ecosystems to facilitate a single home transaction proved inefficient as Opendoor grew in size. In 2019, Opendoor decided to consolidate these multiple roles into 1 role, and empower every field operator with the ownership of a home from top to bottom.
Opendoor Homepage Redesign
Opendoor’s homepage is a critical touchpoint for potential customers. Each month, more than half a million people find their way to the page to get more information about Opendoor. As Opendoor grew, the homepage didn’t keep pace with the changes in the business, and we believed it wasn’t the best reflection of what we offer.
Opendoor Closing Dashboard
The idea to make the Closing Dashboard more self-service would allow us to scale and grow our capabilities faster for our customers. Last year Opendoor launched in 10 new cities, and it was imperative that we streamline the closing process with product.
Harry's Product Page Redesign
Harry’s is known as a razor brand, but the company sells many other products beyond shaving. As the brand looks to expand its product portfolio, they want their loyal customers to expand beyond just razors.
Harry’s Referral Program
Although our customer research showed that most of Harry’s customers have strong positive sentiments towards the brand, the overwhelming majority have not recommended Harry's to their friends or family members.
Google Ecommerce Site Redesign
Redesigning with the aim to automate and streamline Google's IT assets and all related services. This product will provide strategic support and a framework that will allow rich functionality within the ecommerce experience.
Oak App Redesign Sprint
Rebuilding the meditation app ‘Oak’. Oak is a meditation and breathing app designed for meditation and includes guided meditation sessions, where users can track their progress and goals.

Box Sharing
Sharing in Box is a core user action, measuring the pulse of user activity— however, it was one that was friction heavy, confusing, and full of dead ends. I lead the redesign to simplify sharing in Box.
PayPal 'Refer-A-Friend'
Reviving and recreating the core friend referral experience for the native PayPal mobile app. PayPal's friend invitation program has been the most effective and organic way to increase PayPal’s user base.
PayPal 'My Benefits'
‘My Benefits’ offers a comprehensive and easy-to-use dashboard that summarizes all available PayPal benefits for the user with the aim to increase user engagement with various PayPal benefits.
